Why I Built PDFling
Hey I'm Marius,
I'm an AI researcher and Radiologist. I read papers on my Kindle Scribe every week. Every 'smart' converter I tried broke the equations and scrambled the figures. I just wanted the original PDF—formatted exactly as the authors intended—on my e-ink screen. So I built PDFling. No conversion. No AI magic. Just your paper, delivered.
Will it work on my Kindle?
PDFling works with any Kindle, but you'll get the best experience on larger screens—Kindle Scribe, Oasis, or Paperwhite. Reading academic papers on a small screen is challenging, and we don't try to 'fix' that with reformatting (which would break the paper anyway). We just make it easy to send the original PDF.
